    Meet Your Instructor

    Angie Sierra, a seasoned Tai Chi instructor and Reiki Master Teacher, has over a decade of experience providing in-person community classes, personalized private lessons, insightful online workshops, and academic courses. 

    She has made a lifelong impact by teaching Tai Chi to thousands, with participants from all walks of life and ranging in age from 5 to 98 years young.

    Instructor Sierra's teaching method is deeply integrative, combining conscious breathing, body alignment, environmental awareness, and insightful teachings for creating space between thoughts to enhance the therapeutic effects of Tai Chi and promote mental well-being and relaxation.
